SSC@IAN Members Invited to Complete Parent Guardianship Questionnaire
You are invited to complete a NEW brief questionnaire, the Parent Guardianship Questionnaire, about your child with ASD that has recently become an adult (age 18 or older). The questionnaire focuses on the guardianship status of your adult child with ASD to help us determine whether your son/daughter will need to consent on his/her own to continue participation in the SSC@IAN project. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete.
Through SSC@IAN, autism researchers will be able to stay in touch with your adult child, you and other SSC families as children become adults and situations change. This will allow for an even more powerful set of data to use when exploring autism research questions.
If eligible to participate, you will receive an email from SSC@IAN with a link to the Parent Guardianship Questionnaire. You may stop and restart the questionnaire at any time, and your responses will be saved up to the last page that you submitted.
Please contact us at SSC@IANproject.org if you have any questions or comments.
THANK YOU for participating in SSC@IAN!
