U.S. Autism Committee Accepting Public Comments on Health Needs
The U.S. Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC) is accepting public comments in advance of its September 27 workshop, "Addressing the Health Needs of People on the Autism Spectrum." The workshop will focus on the health needs of people with autism, including patient-doctor interactions and other health conditions that often affect people with ASD.
The workshop, which is open to the public, will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST in Rockville, Maryland. People may submit their comments by emailing IACCPublicInquiries@mail.nih.gov or visiting https://iacc.hhs.gov/meetings/public-comments/submit/index.jsp. Contact IACC for submission deadlines.
